Our Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders with An Post. Our shipping rates are below. Within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland:
    • Orders less than €85: €4.50
    • Orders over €85: FREE
Within the rest of the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland):
    • Order less than €100: €‎8.95
    • Orders over €100: FREE
Rest of the World:
    • All orders: €‎19.95

Returns

Curriculum Plans

We cannot accept returns on any downloadable products: This is all Religion-Only Courses. For all other Courses or Curriculum Plans: If you are feel the Curriculum Plan you purchased does not suit your child or your family at this time, please Contact Us (via the website or email) and we will work with you to arrive at a mutually satisfactory resolution. We want all of our customers to be happy!

Books

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for books. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your book must be unread and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Contact us today for questions related to refunds and returns.

By placing an order on our website you consent to being contacted by email with certain necessary information about your order (your order confirmation and shipping notifications). Customers also consent to receive invitations to review their orders. You also consent to be contacted with promotional offers and discounts (which you can unsubscribe to at anytime).
