Weekly live Irish Language Classes with an Irish speaker/Primary School teacher. Classes are held via Zoom.

2 Levels available: THIS CLASS is Beginner Level (approx. 1st-3rd Class level Irish). We’re also offering an Improver Level Class (appx. 4th-6th Class level), available at this link: Improver Class. Read on for sibling discounts if you need both courses.

Course Description: Through one LIVE CLASS every week (see schedule below), students will understand and appreciate the language of our country. This is a school-year-long course, running from September through May.

Important Information: Parents must be present in the room for classes, as a core component of the class is ongoing weekly practise with your student. (Present in the room, but you don’t have to be physically sitting at the computer for the whole class–we understand parents have other responsibilities!)

Total Classes: 30 classes

Class dates: All classes will meet on Mondays at 11:30 am Irish Time, on the following dates:

Duration: 40 minutes

Homework: Participants are expected to practise the weekly class assignments with their parents/siblings.

Families are encouraged to use either our own Irish language curriculum plans, or any other suitable Irish language curriculum plans/National School textbooks for their main learning. This is meant to be a supplement–speaking and usage practise–not an complete course in-and-of-itself.

Fees: For all 30 classes: €165, which is just €5.50 per class!

Siblings: Option A) Sibling is at the same level of Irish: no need to purchase multiple classes, just join in!
