Our Religion Only course offers you a user-friendly Lesson Plan for four-day-a-week of religious readings and colouring activities with your Junior Infants child. Here’s an overview of what you can expect from this programme:
We will study the history of our creation and God’s loving care for the Israelites, culminating in the greatest event in human history—our Redemption. We’ll also study the lives of some of the most popular Saints from around the world, and specifically from our Island of Saints and Scholars. Next, we will enjoy learning more about our Faith through a collection of sermons specifically aimed at children and also through a detailed look at the life of Our Lord written for children. Finally, we will do some colouring alongside our Bible stories to reinforce these concepts for our young children.
In summary, we will begin to explore our Holy Faith and God’s world around us this year, as we develop your child’s knowledge of and love for God and His Holy Church!
